摘　　要：教学质量是高校的生命线。高校教学管理人员是实施教学的实践者、管理者、组织者和服务者,他们的职业素养和岗位能力,直接影响到高校人才培养的质量。为了保证教学质量的提高和高校教学秩序的正常运转,我们迫切需要建立一支业务精、素质高和能力强的教学管理干部队伍。提高高校教学管理干部的职业素养和岗位能力,是推进高校教学管理改革的重中之重。Education quality is crucial to universities. The professionalism and occupation abilities of the university administrative faculty, who are the practitioners, administrators, organizers and service providers, directly influence the quality of higher education. Therefore,a teaching administrative cadre team with a high level of professional proficiency and versatility is urgently called for,in order to ensure the improvement of teaching quality and proper function of teaching. The improvement of professionalism and occupation abilities consists the focus of reforms in university teaching administration.
