摘　　要：在剖析福建省农村老年教育现状和问题的基础上,提出发展福建农村老年教育的对策:(1)扩大办学规模,改善办学设施,夯实农村老年教育的基础;(2)挖掘资源,扩大农村老年教育的覆盖面;(3)筹措办学资金,壮大农村老年教育的办学实力;(4)建设师资队伍,提高农村老年教育的教学质量;(5)优化农村老年教育内容,增强农村老年教育的吸引力。On the basis of analyzing the current situation and problems of the aged education in Fujian rural areas, the contermea- sures are proposed to develop the aged education in Fujian. （ 1 ） Expanding the scale of enrollments and advancing the teaching e- quipment to lay the solid foundation of the rural aged education. （2） Exploring resources to expanding education coverage for the ru- ral aged education. （3） Raising funds to strengthen the competency of rural aged education. （4） Building the good teaching staffs to improve the teaching quality of the rural aged education. （5） Optimizing the content of rural aged education to strengthen the at- traction of rural aged education.
