摘  要:职业主义与能力本位的职业教育是当今国际职业教育的两种基本范式。职业主义范式主要分布在欧洲大陆国家,能力本位范式主要盛行于盎格鲁—撒克逊国家。二者在实践层面的差别体现在职业教育体系、人才培养模式、资格鉴定制度等方面,而更深层次的差异存在于它们的职业观、能力观和资格观。这些差异源于两类国家职业教育传统及劳动力市场规范性的不同。随着全球化的进程,两种职业教育范式呈现出相互博弈、平衡甚至融合的发展趋势。Vocationalism and Competency-based education are two typical vocational education models in current world. The vocationalism is popular in the European continental countries ,while competency-based vocational education model is typical in the Anglo-Saxon countries. The differences between them not only lie in vocational education system,delivery model and qualification system,but also in their philosophies of vocation,competence and qualification. Those differences are relevant with the tradition of vocational education and the regulation of labor market. Along with the process of globalization,these two models are competing,balancing and even homogenizing with each other.
