摘　　要：在高职院校建筑工程实训基地的建设过程中,实训基地的保障措施比较关键。文章以南通纺织职业技术学院建筑工程实训基地为例,总结了实训基地建设在政策保障、组织保障、资金保障、激励保障等方面的一些经验做法,以期能够在实训基地建设中起到借鉴作用。In the construction process of higher vocational training base, the security measures of training base is important. Taking Nantong Textile Vocational Technology College architectural engineering training base for example, the paper summed up some experiences of the training base construction in the following aspects： policy guarantee, organization guarantee, funding, excitation protection, in order to play a reference role on the practical training base construction.
