摘　　要：课题组从高职院校青年专业教师专业成长和职业发展自我实现的角度,探讨了当前高职院校青年专业教师的现状及客观存在的职业发展困境,基于"双师型"教学团队建设要求("1.5+1.5>3"型),着重从职后培养方面提出了高职院校青年专业教师职业生涯发展途径。On the professional growth and self-actualization in the career development of young professional teachers in higher vocational colleges, the research group discussed the current situation of the young teachers and predicament in the their career development, and emphatically put forward optimizing ways from the aspects of post-career training, based on the construction of dual professional teaching team modeled after ＂1.5＋1.5〉3＂.
