摘　　要："校企融合,过程导向,能力为本"的校企合作人才培养模式,是发展高职教育、提升高职人才培养质量和学生就业率的必然选择。本文以长沙南方职业学院为案例,阐述了以就业为导向,全方位、全过程的校企合作,坚持观念创新、体制变革所取得的成绩。＂School-enterprise integration, Process-oriented, Competency-based＂,school-enterprise coopera-tion in personnel training mode is the inevitable choice to develop vocational education, improve vocational train-ing quality and student employment rate.With the examples of Changsha Nanfang Vocational College, this paper expounds the omni-directional, the whole process of university-enterprise cooperation,with employment as the guidance, and achievements as the persistence on the idea innovation, system innovation.
