摘 要:在以PXI总线和虚拟仪器技术为核心的测试系统平台基础上,针对大型无人机机载电源系统及典型配电结构,通过故障模式分析和故障树设计等手段,设计了适用于大型无人机机载电源系统的故障诊断专家系统来推理故障原因、定位故障位置和提出解决措施.在该系统中,建立了基于规则的正向推理专家知识库并引入置信度因子来解决故障的非精确推理问题.通过某型无人机电源系统的试验验证,本系统可有效提高测试的智能化程度,满足无人机机载系统的维修性、保障性要求.A fault diagnosis expert system of onboard power system and typical power distribution struc- ture was designed for large-scale unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) , based on the test platform built with PXI bus and virtual instrument technology. By means of failure mode analysis and fault tree design, it is able to in- fer the cause of malfunction, locate fault location and propose solutions. In the system, a forward reasoning ex- pert knowledge base on rule is built, in which a certainty factor was introduced to solve the non-exactinference in complex systems. Experiments of a UAV power supply system show that the proposed system can effectively improve the degree of intelligence of the test platform and meet the requirements of maintainability and sup- portability in the airborne system.
