摘　　要：本文研究了Jesmanowicz于1956年提出的关于丢番图方程(1.1)解的猜想.利用数论中的一些方法,得到了丢番图方程(1.2)的所有正整数解,证明了Jesmanowicz猜想在这类情况下的正确性.In this paper, the authors study a conjecture of Je^manowicz （1956） about the solutions of the diophantine equation （1.1）. By using some methods of number theory, we give all the positive integer solutions of the diophantine equation （1.2）, the result is the confirmation of Je^manowicz conjecture.
