摘　　要：如何提高医学(包括中医和西医)研究生的语言运用能力以适应全球化背景下医学交流和沟通的需要已成为医学院校研究生英语教学亟待解决的问题。本文针对本校医学专业研究生学习英语兴趣不浓,传统教学方法和评价体系效果不佳的现状,对研究生英语教学实施了改革,内容主要包括分层教学,教师指导下的学生课堂活动,过程性评价与终结性评价相结合等。以下就改革的具体内容、方法、结果进行重点介绍、分析和总结,以期为研究生英语教学提供新思路。How to improve the linguistic ability for the medical postgraduates and to meet the needs in medical communication under globalization has become an urgency remaining to be approached in graduate teaching at medical universities. Aimed at lack of interest in English learning among graduates in our university and the unsatisfactory situation of teaching methods and evaluation system, reform has been made, including layered teaching, class activity under direction of teachers, combination of process evaluation and final evaluation, Introduction and analysis will be made in the follow- ing, focusing on the contents, methods and results.
