摘  要:为适应现代医学素质教育要求和留学生的特点,在留学生眼科见习中应用PBL与CBL双轨教学模式,包括建立学习小组、选择案例和设计问题,在教师督导下开展以学生为主体的病案讨论式教学。通过从临床医生的角度进行实用性技能的学习,培养了学生对眼科疾病综合分析的临床思维和临床实践能力,较大地改善了教学效果。In order to meet the requirements of modern medical education and adapt to the characteris- tics of foreign students, the integration of problem based learning(PBL} with case-based learning (CBL) teaching method was applied in ophthalmologic clinic probation for foreign students. The process of the new teaching mode was to establish study group, choose case and design problem for discussion, carry on student-centered interactional and discussion-based teaching guided by teachers. The learners acquired practical knowledge from the perspective of a clinician, which enhanced their comprehensive analytical ability of eye diseases and improved teaching results.
