摘  要:根据高速动车组铝合金车体设计概念的要求,利用头车的空气动力学外形,采用自顶向下的设计方法,进行司机室的三维设计,按照EN 15085焊接标准选择铝合金司机室的母材、焊接材料和设计司机室的焊接接头型式。司机室各部件和司机室总成件工艺性好、焊接变形小,能满足头车优美、流畅的气动外形要求。在此基础上,通过对司机室的静强度计算和试验数据的分析。Based on the requirement of EMU aluminum-alloy car body designing conception and the aerodynamic figure of the end car,3D designing for driver cab is made by top-down designing method.The base material and other welding materials as well as joint design for driver cab are selected per EN 15085.The components of driver cab are easily machined and assembled with few welding deformation and the complete driver cab meets the requirement of engineering design and aerodynamic streamline.The driver cab and its car body comply with the static strength requirements per EN 12663 through static strength engineering calculation and data analysis of the experiments.And they also meet the safety and stability requirements.
