通用工程师与硕士培养模式融合的研究与实践

摘　　要：法国的通用工程师教育体系在世界上享有盛誉,对于我国的高等教育有着良好的借鉴作用。本文在对法国通用工程师与我国硕士的培养模式差异进行比较研究的基础上,在北航中法工程师学院探索建立了两者有机融合的预科—工程师、本—硕一体化的培养模式和课程体系,工程师毕业实习与硕士论文研究相结合的科研实践环节,以及国际化培养平台上学生交流环节中的课程和学分互认机制。这种融合模式和相关经验可供其它高校在国际化联合办学与工程师人才培养中参考和借鉴。French Generalist Engineer training system enjoys a high reputation in the world, and might be a good reference for China＇s high engineering education. The difference on the training programs of French Generalist Engineer and Chinese Master is introduced based on a comparative study. The Sino French Engineer School of Beihang University explored and built a coordinate curriculum system and training program by integrating Generalist and Master system together, which includes both prepara- tory and engineer education for under-and-graduate students. The pedagogical convergence between the end-of-study mission internship for Engineer and the research thesis for Master is studied and a- dopted. The frame of mutual recognition on courses and credits for international student mobility is also built. This integrative mode and its cooperating experience could be used for reference by other higher educational departments.
