摘  要:本文在广泛调研和座谈过程中发现,目前的高校中,学生学习动力不足已成为影响高等教育质量的重要原因。针对如何有效提高学生的学习动力的问题,本文借鉴美国一流高校管理经验,研究我国西北联大、西南联大以及刚恢复高考时期大学生积极投入学习的原因,指出要从内部和外部因素入手,一方面加强相关教育,引导学生树立远大理想、热爱学习、敢于探索;另一方面加强过程管理,保障学生对学习过程的投入,最终达到提高教学质量的目标,以培养出杰出的创新领军人才。In the process of wide survey and panel discussion, this paper finds out that students~ insufficient learning motivation in current universities has chiefly impacted the quality of higher education. Aimed at promoting students~ learning motivation, this paper studies the learning motivation of students in Northwestern United College and Southwestern United College and in the period when College En- trance Examination was recovered by learning from the managerial experience in first-rate colleges and universities in America. As a result, on the one hand, this paper points out that starting with both in- terior and exterior factors, relevant education shall be strengthened so as to lead students into estab- lishing ambitions, loving learning and exploring fresh things~ on the other hand, management of the process shall be strengthened to ensure that students are buried in studies, achieving the aim of pro- moting the quality of education so as to cultivate promients leading personnel in innovation.
