摘　　要：作为一种粘合工具,知识这种元素将经济学、管理学、情报学、地理学、社会学等学科研究领域连接在一起,开辟了多学科交叉融合研究的新领域,而企业知识网络是这些交叉领域的研究热点。正是鉴于其多学科研究背景,关于企业知识网络的内涵界定一直没有统一,为此,文章就近年来学界的一些研究作了较为系统的综述,并进一步从新的研究视角,提出了企业知识网络的内涵以及该领域新的研究倾向。As a bonding tool, knowledge combines the research fields of economics, management science, information science, geography and sociology together, and opens up a new field of multidisciplinary cross-fusion study, while enterprise knowledge network is the research hotspot of these cross fields. In view of its multidisciplinary research background, the definition of the connotation of enterprise knowledge network has not been unified. For this purpose, this article makes a systematic summary of the researches in the academic circles in recent years, and further proposes the connotation of enterprise knowledge network and the new research tendency in this field from the new research perspective.
