摘　　要：基于中医象思维,分析了中医脉象语言描述的特点,即以动词、形容词为主的单音脉象、复音脉象和短语脉象,并通过分析中医文献中脉象的语言特点,解释了隐喻认知在中医脉象语言描述中的应用,指出了在学习掌握中医脉象过程中,需深刻体会脉象语言描述的涵义,并结合临床脉诊实践参透其中奥妙。Language characteristic of pulse condition was discussed according to image thinking in TCM which mainly included monophony, diphonia and phrase. The application of metaphorical cognition was explained through analyzing the language characteristic of pulse condition in ancient TCM literature. It is important to comprehend the language meaning of pulse condition and explore what underlying it during clinical pulse examination.
