高职院校教师“企业意识”刍议

摘  要:市场经济背景下许多高职院校提出"管理企业化"理念。高职院校引入企业意识是办学目标异质性要求的必然,是消解自身发展诸多问题和构建"双师型"教师队伍的必需。企业意识内涵主要体现在对质量第一、市场营销、危机与竞争、创意创新、知识管理和可持续发展等主体意识的强调。高职院校教师要善于通过环境影响与诱导、自我学习与培训、多元实践与交流的途径,提高自身的企业意识。Many vocational colleges advocates enterprise-style management concept under the background of market-oriented economy. Introduction of corporate awareness to vocational colleges represents inevitable demand for heterogeneity of school-running objective as well as a necessity to eliminate the numerous troubles in self- development and construction of double-professionally-titled teaching team. The connotation of corporate aware- ness emphasizes on subjective awareness such as quality orientation, marketing management, crisis and competi- tion, innovation and originality, knowledge management and sustainable development, etc. The teachers in voca- tional colleges are expected to improve their own corporate awareness via environmental influences and guidance, independent learning and training, multiple and varied practice and exchange.
