摘　　要：本文论述了在高校后勤改革过程中思想政治工作的重要性 ,分析了干部、群众出现的思想认识问题 。This paper discusses the importance of the work in ideology in the process of rear service reform in colleges and universities,analysises some mis understandings of their staff,and puts forward some ideas to do the work in ideology well.
