摘  要:市场岗位需求与教学课程模块实施协同创新策略已成为创新人才培养模式的重要途径。结合南海东软信息技术职业学院的实践研究,分析高职院校协同创新内涵,阐述人才培养模式存在的共性问题,提出优化人才培养的解决方案:以就业为导向,制定职业生涯规划;构建协同创新机制,突破制约培养创新人才的瓶颈;以岗位能力素质为方向,优化课程模块体系设置;加强外部创新主体合作,构筑协同创新平台;构建"双师型"的教学师资队伍。Implementing coordination innovation strategy between market demands and teaching course mode has been an important approach to innovate talent training pattern. Based on the practice research of Nanhai Neusoft Institute of Information Technology (hereinafter referred to as " Nanhai Neusoft Institute") , this article analyzes the connotation of coordination innovation, explains the common problems existed in talent training and proposes the solutions of optimizing talents training. That is, establishing career planning oriented by employment, constructing the mechanism of coordination innovation to break the bottleneck of restricting training innovating talents, optimizing curriculum system oriented by post ability quality, constructing platform of coordination innovation by strengthening the cooperation with outside innovating body, and constructing teaching staff with double qualified teachers.
