从社会需求状况谈山东体育学院相关专业课程建设——以济南器械健身教练社会需求为例

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法对济南市十家健身俱乐部器械健身教练的素质能力现状和需求状况进行调查,对山东体育学院各体育专业相关课程的开设及学生实践能力培养进行研究。认为济南市区健身俱乐部器械健身教练有一定的社会需求量,但现从业人员在体能评估、制定运动处方、经营管理等能力上有待进一步提高。为适应社会发展的需求,我院各相关专业应增加器械健身健美、运动处方、经营管理等相关课程的学时、学分,增设适应健身市场发展需求的课程,大力培养具备多种技能的健身教练人才,加强与健身俱乐部的合作与交流,增强学生的实践能力及专业技能水平,给学生带来更多的就业机会。Using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics to investigate the status of the social demand for equipment fitness trainers, and the current trainer＇ quality and ability in ten Jinan fitness clubs, also did a research on the Physical Education -related courses setting and the students＇ practice ability cultivation in colleges in Shandong. There is cer- tain social demand for equipment fitness trainer in Jinan urban fitness club, but the employed train- ers＇ fitness assessment, ability to formulate exercise prescription, management capacity need to be further improved. To meet the development of social demand, our college need to give extra courses hours and credits on equipment bodybuilding, exercise prescription, and management in the relevant majors, add subjects which meet the market demand, vigorously cultivate some multi - skilled fit- ness trainer, enhance cooperation and exchanges with local fitness clubs, and strengthen~ the students＇ practical ability and professional skills, in order to create more employment opportunities to our students.
