摘 要:社会角色理论是探讨高校教学管理人员角色失调的一种可资借鉴的理论参系。将社会角色理论的基本概念和观点,用来剖析高校教学管理人员存在的角色意识不清、角色领悟不深、角色紧张、角色冲突和角色失败等角色失调现象;从加强角色学习、增进角色认同、强化角色互动、提高角色适应等方面着手,积极调谐社会角色功能,有效提升教学管理实效。With regard to the discussion about the role imbalance on part of college teaching and administrative staff, social role theory proves to be a guiding and reference theory, and some basic concepts and ideas of the theory can be adopt- ed in analyzing the phenomena like unclear awareness and poor understanding of their role, tension, conflicts and failure caused by role imbalance. To deal with these problems, it is necessary to adjust the function of social role and improve the teaching and administrative effectiveness by taking the corresponding measures including emphasizing role learning,promo- ting role identity, intensifying role interaction, and developing role adaptation.
