摘　　要：目前,我国高等教育已经由精英教育进入到大众化发展教育,高等教育的发展战略重点也从"数量"向"质量"转变。面对以就业为导向的新形势下,高校大学生的素质教育显得尤为突出,而抓好大学生的行为习惯养成教育是实施素质教育的重要途径。At present,China’s higher education has transformed from elite education to mass education,higher education development strategy also focus on from“quantity”to “quality”.Facing the new employment-oriented situation,the quality education of college students is particularly prominent,and forming good habits of college stu-dents is an important way of quality education.
