大学英语课堂中知识共享的障碍与激励机制分析——以某综合性高校英语课堂为例

摘　　要：作为一种有效学习方式,知识共享理应受到大学英语教师的欢迎。但是,知识共享在大学英语日常教学活动中并未被广大教师所采用。实践观察发现,可以通过树立良好班级文化、推行分数与精神鼓励、利用通讯网络和调整选课来消除大学生知识共享的障碍,以促成学生有效学习,加快大学英语教学目标的实现。As one of efficient studying methods, knowledge-sharing is supposed to be hailed by college English teachers. However, it is dismissed by the majority of teachers in their daily teaching activities. Relevant experiments show that the barriers to knowledge sharing among university students can be removed by establishing class cultures, giving proper encouragements, taking advantage of Internet and adjusting class schedules. It finally boosts efficient studying and helps the achievement of teaching goals.
