摘 要:当前我国煤炭企业人力资源存在着人员文化素质偏低,整体素质欠佳;人员结构体系分配不合理;人力资源的管理机制尚未完善。煤炭企业绩效管理存在的问题主要有:对于绩效管理的认识上的误区;绩效指标的片面化与单一化;绩效管理实施者存在问题。对于绩效管理系统在煤炭企业中的应用,文章主要从绩效管理的过程控制与绩效管理实施前的准备工作进行相关的论述,以期对煤炭企业的发展起到积极的促进作用。The current our country coal enterprise human resources personnel there lower cultural quality, and the overall quality of the poor; Personnel structure system allocation is not reasonable; Human resources management mechanism has not been perfected yet.
