终身教育观下成人高等教育角色定位及发展走向

摘　　要：随着教育观念的发展和进步,终身教育观已经成为成人高等教育的重要指导思想,贯彻终身教育观思想,对成人高等教育的角色进行正确的定位,推动成人高等教育不断发展,是成人高等教育发展中必须解决的问题。本文根据现有的研究资料,在详细解读终身教育观概念和内涵的基础上,在终身教育观下,对成人高等教育未来发展方向进行了剖析:成人高等教育是我国教育体系当中不可或缺的组成部分,是高等教育大众化的重要形式,是促进学习型社会形成的重要支撑力量;并认为成人高等教育将向全球化、多元化、远程教育普及化等方向发展。With the change of educational concept, lifelong education has developed into an important guiding ideology in the field of adult higher education. To carry out lifelong education and to properly position the role of adult higher education are of great priority in adult higher education development. Based on the research data and interpretation of lifelong education, the paper mainly focuses on the developing trend of adult higher education. It is an indispensible part of Chinese education system as a key form of popularizing higher education which can promote the build of learning - oriented society. It＇ s believed that adult higher education is making progress characterized with globalization, diversification and distance education universalization.
