摘　　要：创新网络的知识治理是跨越企业边界的多层面主体的知识协同活动,企业间的物理距离、关系距离、知识距离和组织距离等因素构成的差距因素是阻碍该跨边界知识协调的主要障碍。情境管理是解决这一问题的有效工具,通过对创新网络共享情境(物理情境和柔性情境)的设计与探讨,阐明了共享情境对跨边界知识治理的作用机理,为企业间的知识协调合作提供了可供参考的管理手段与建议。Knowledge governance of innovation network is a knowledge collaborative activity of nmltilevel subjects across corporate boundaries. Physical distance, relationship distance, knowledge distance and organizational distance among the enterprises constitute a major obstacle to hinder the cross - boundmy coordination of knowledge. Context management is an effective tool to solve this problem. This paper through designing and exploring the shared context （physical context and flexible context） of innovation network, clarifies the mechanism of shared context to cross - boundary knowledge governance and provides some management inspiration and available tools for interfirm knowledge cooperation.
