站在新起点 瞄准新目标 展望新未来——武警总医院创建研究型医院的实践

摘　　要：武警总医院结合自身实际,在创建研究型医院过程中,通过明确时刻瞄准世界科技发展态势,时刻把握国家创新战略发展趋势,时刻遵循武警部队健康战略需求大势等"三个时刻"观念,从加强组织领导,突出管理理念创新;强化学习借鉴,突出自我深化提高;注重人才培养,突出优势学科建设;促进转化医学,突出临床科研提高;统领筹划改进,突出医院整体提高5个方面阐述了探索研究型医院建设的实践,指出准确把握医院发展大局,坚持走融合式发展之路,使医院建设跨入研究型医院快车道。Combined with the situation of general hospital of armed police force, by the awareness of aiming at the progress of science and technology development in the world, seizing national innovation strategy and following armed police force＇s health strategy, in aspects of strengthening organization and leadership, highlighting management innovation, emphasizing self learning and referring from others, focusing on human resources training and discipline construction, promoting transfer medicine and clinical research capacity and improving total capacity, the practice on building research hospital is introduced. Accuracy understanding hospital development strategy and integrated development can help hospital rapidly achieving the goal of constructing research hospital.
