摘　　要：车底周转计划是列车运行计划的重要组成部分,对城市轨道交通运营的经济效益和服务质量有很大影响。在既有研究的基础上,考虑了既定运行图、车底接续时间约束以及检修整备时间约束等因素,改进了既有车底周转计划的编制流程,并应用到北京地铁13号线的车底周转计划编制中。研究结果表明:13号线车底接续时间由2 178 min降低到2 121 min,车底的利用率从91.29%提高到91.54%,车底的使用也更为均衡,说明该方法可行有效。As an important part of train operational plan, vehicle scheduling plays an important role in service quality and economic benefits of urban rail transit and its economic benefits. Based on the existing researches, the constraints including a given segment train diagram, connecting time and maintenance time are studied, the program and princi- ples of vehicle scheduling are improved and applied on Bei- jing rail transit Line 13. The result shows that the connect- ing time decreases from 2 178 min to 2 121 min, the utiliza- tion rate of car-body frame increases from 91.29% to 91. 54%, the balance of usage is also increased, which verifies the validity of this improved method.
