摘  要:为了提升我国电动钉枪制造水平,减少因性能差异产生的贸易纠纷,对电动钉枪性能试验的方法和试验技术的研究显得尤为重要。文章将"极限植入力"作为电动钉枪性能评价指标,提出了"极限植入力分级"的性能评价方法,并进行了以平射试验和击打试验为主要内容的电动钉枪相关性能试验,优化了对电动钉枪的性能试验方法,通过技术修正比较客观地量化反映样本钉枪的实际工作性能。In order to promote the electric nail gun manufacturing level of our country, reducing the trade disputes which arised from the performance difference is particularly important in researching the test method and test technology of electrical nail gun. The " limit implantation force " was used as the electric nail gun performance evaluation index, and the " limit implant stress grading " was put forward to perform the evaluation method. A flat trajectory testing and impact testing was made as the main content of the electric nail gun related performance test. The performance of electric nail gun test method was optimized. Through the technology modify, the actual performance of the sample of nail gun. was objectively reflected.
