摘　　要：对上海、苏州、无锡和南通近年来各次产业的发展状况进行数量分析,针对沪苏锡三地产业升级转型可能对南通地区产业结构调整产生的影响,预测了南通经济产业结构布局以及与之相对应的人力资源需求的变迁趋势,以期对地方高校合理地设置与调整专业提供决策依据。Through the analysis of the influence of the industrial transform and upgrading in Shanghai, Suzhou and Wuxi on the adjustment of industrial structure in Nantong Area, this paper predicts changing trend of Nantong industrial structure to identify the demand for human resources, which can provide decisive basis for setting and adiustin＇s majors in local tertiarv edueation.
