摘　　要：从TEM4、TEM8统测与外语院系教学秘书的关系,分析了教学秘书在TEM4、TEM8统测中的管理、协调和反馈作用。教学秘书要进一步提高TEM4、TEM8的考务质量,要提高服务意识,熟悉掌握专业知识,树立集体协作精神,提高心理应变能力,及时做好考试信息的反馈。This paper attempts to analyze the relationship between TEM 4 and TEM 8 and the secretary for teaching affairs of colleges of foreign languages, highlighting her role as the manager, coordinator and feedback provider of the exams. In order to better administer TEM 4 and TEM 8, the secretary should raise awareness as a service provider, acquire relevant knowledge, build a teamwork spirit, strengthen stress management ability and act as a better feedback provider.
