摘　　要：通过对杭州市800多名在校大学生的问卷调查和5所院校就业中心的电话采访,描述了女大学生的创业准备、创业动机、对创业优劣势的认识,了解了家人对她们创业的支持度,并且比较了男女生在创业问题上的性别差异。Through the questionnaire survey of more than 800 female college students of hangzhou and 5 colleges and universities employment center by telephone interview, this paper describes the entrepreneurial preparation and lhe motivation of the female college students, their understanding to the business advantages and disadvantages, family support for their business, and compares tile sex differences on the problem.
