试析高职院校开展融入性教育的意义与途径——由东莞理工学院女生被害案说起

摘　　要：近年来,高职院校纷纷突破所属地域的限制,将招生触角伸向省外,但对人数相对较少的外省籍大学生开展融入性教育并未引起应有的重视。高职院校开展融入性教育,有助于外省籍大学生更好更快地融入校园环境,拓宽人际交往对象,提高学业成就,参与和谐校园建设。为此,应开展针对外省籍大学生的新生入学教育,在倡导人人都讲普通话的基础上,开设地方特色语言选修课程;及时了解并尽可能满足外省籍大学生的心理健康服务需要;给予外省籍大学生应有的人文关怀和情感补偿。Recently, the number of students from outside provinces is increasing, though still small compared with the majority of home province students. How to involve those students and get them used to the local society and culture is very important. It is pointed out that on the basis of proposing Putonghua, some local language courses should be opened and more efforts given to meet the psychological needs of outside province students.
