基层医务人员对医学信息资源的需求分析

摘　　要：对我国现有医学信息资源进行简单归纳,列出可供基层医务人员获取的信息资源及其种类。根据调研结果,对基层卫生管理部门及农村三级医疗卫生机构医务人员医学信息资源需求进行详细分析,得出各类人员的实际需求。为基层医生继续学习和管理机构资源分配提供一定指导作用。This article briefly summarized our existing medical information resources. Besides, we hsted the types and details of the infbnnation resources available for the grass-roots medical practitioners. It indicates the actual needs of the various types of medical personnel based on the analysis of the survey for medical practitioner of primary health management departments and rural health care unit, and provide some guidance for primary care doctor continuing education and management agency resource allocation.
