地方性综合型大学教师教育的办学理念与组织管理体制研究

摘　　要：地方性综合型大学在办学实力有限、专业设置受限等客观因素的影响下,想要办出教师教育的特色,必须走教师教育体制创新之路。地方性综合型大学的教师教育在办学理念上应明确定位于:素养为本,为终身学习奠基,反思性实践为重;在顶层设计与管理体制的选择上,应建立教师教育学院来思考、研究、规划、管理、统筹和组织实施教师教育。只有依托自身优势的同时寻求与重点师范大学和研究性综合型大学不尽相同的特质,地方性综合型大学方可走出一条教师教育特色和个性发展的长久之路。For a local comprehensive university, innovation is necessary if to build teachers＇ education with its own characteristics. The concept of teachers＇ education should emphasize on self-cultivation, life-long learning, and reflexive practice. The School of Teachers＇ Education should be responsible for to design and administrate the project. Local comprehensive university should rely on their own advantages to encourage the growth of their own teachers＇ education.
