摘　　要：我国现代意义上的成人高等教育办学机构已走过了60多年的风雨历程。而今,无论是其发展中存在的问题、外部社会的挑战,还是国外成功经验的借鉴以及相关理论的启迪,都使我国成人高等教育办学机构面临转型与创新的必要与可能。Our modern sense of adult higher education institutions have gone through the course of 60 years.Now,whether the existing problems during their development,the challenges of external society,or the references of foreign successful experiences and the enlightments of related theories,adult higher education institutions in China are faced with the necessity and feasibility of transformation and innovation.
