摘　　要：在职人员继续教育质量和效率既与办学机构和施训教师的支助服务有关,更离不开在职人员自主学习态度和能力的提高。当前,我国应该借鉴美国"六化"继续教育模式,构建具有中国特色的"三重"继续教育模式,即办学机构重组织和管理,施训教师重责任意识,在职人员重自主学习能力提升。Quality and efficiency of continuing education of in-service personnel are not only in association with support services of education institutions and training teachers,but also are inseparable from improving attitude self-learning and ability.Currently,we should learn from the United States ＂six trands＂ continuing education mode so that we can build with ＂ three emphasis ＂ continuing education mode,namely education institutions emphasize organization and management,teachers emphasize establishing responsibility sense,in-service personnel emphasize improving self-learning ability.
