民航高职实用型人才培养方法的研究

摘　　要：为适应中国民航事业重安全、高水平、国际化的发展要求,民航高职院校需要培养大量的实用型高技术人才。本文在明确民航高等职业教育的教育目标定位基础上,讨论民航高等职业院校培养实用型人才的具体方法。民航高职院校应将学生职业素养的培养放在首位,以够用为度的原则选择教学内容,重视学生实践能力的培养,加大学校实践教学投入力度。依托行业优势,走产学结合的道路,邀请企业参与到学生培养以及教学质量评价中,使教学改革以及课程改革走上良性循环的轨道。For the purpose of meeting the needs of China civil aviation＇s development, which requires more about safety, high quality and internationalization, higher vocational colleges need to cultivate a large number of practical talented persons. This pa- per is based on the cultivated objective of civil aviation higher vocational education, discusses the specific approach of training practical talented persons in civil aviation higher vocational col- leges. Professional accomplishment training should come first, and colleges should choose the teaching content based on the principle of necessity and sufficiency, value practice ability training and aggrandize investment of practical teaching. De- pending on advantages of industry resources, civil aviation higher vocational colleges shell combine production and study, invite firms to be involved in student cultivation and teaching quality e- valuation, make the reform in education and curriculum turn to- ward development in a virtuous circle.
