摘  要:采用自制微萃取瓶富集-高效液相色谱法同时测定乌龙茶饮料中苯脲类和苯磺酰脲除草剂。正辛醇作萃取剂,反相C18色谱柱,甲醇∶水=70∶30流动相,流速1.0mL/min,230nm紫外检测。采用基质校准工作曲线,氟嘧磺隆和利谷隆在0.06-6.0μg/mL范围内线性良好。平均回收率分别为74.83%和98.67%,相对标准偏差小于1.8%;方法检出限为5ng/mL。The urea herbicide was determined by microextraction flask-high performance liquid chromatography in tea drinks. Herbicide were separated on C18 column (5μm, 250×4.6mm i.d.) employing methanol: water=70:30 as mobile phase and determined using UV detector at 230nm. The flow rate of mobile phase was 1.0mL/min. n-Octyl alcohol was used as extractant. In this paper the regression equations of Primisulfuron-methyl and linoron were determinated in blank real samples, and the linearity was good in the range of 60-6000ng/mL with the correlation coefficients more than 0.9993. The average recoveries were 74.83% and 98.67% respectively. The relative standard deviations were less than 1.8%. The MDL is 50μg/L.
