摘　　要：我国社会工作办学规模从起步阶段的20多所发展到了200多所。这些学校由于地区、办学时间、师资力量等的差异,开展社工实习教育的资源和能力也存在差异。新阶段社会工作实习教育的改革与创新应发挥学校和地区优势与特色,结合本地区社会背景和社会需求,在充分开发本地资源的基础上积极寻求与外界专业机构、学校的交流与合作,以求社会工作在地区本土化的基础上实现中国的本土化。The universities running social profession increase from 20 at beginning to 200 at present. There is gap between the practice capacity and practice sources among the universities due to the gap of regions, running schools and teaching quality. The practice of students majoring social profession can be innovated through considering the local social background and demand, exploiting the local sources to seek for outside help and exchange and cooperation with other institution based on the universities＇ advantages and characteristics so that the practice of social profession will be localized.
