摘　　要：文化具有超时代性特征,蕴含着利于现时代文化发展的优秀因素。中国优秀传统文化与马克思主义具有多方面的契合,正是这些文化契合,奠定了马克思主义在中国传播发展的心理基础。中国化的马克思主义在发展中,离不开中国优秀传统文化的根基,积极吸收优秀传统文化蕴涵的民主性思想精华,实现了对优秀传统文化的超越和提升。马克思主义与中国实际结合的过程,始终伴随着与中国优秀传统文化的结合,并促进传统文化向现代文明转变。Culture contains outstanding factors in the development of our modem culture. Chinese excellent traditional culture corresponds to the Marxism in so many aspects that lay the psychological foundation for the Marxism spreading in China. Sinicization of Marxism cannot move on without the foundation of Chinese excellent traditional culture in the development, and it absorbs essence of democracy thought from excellent traditional culture actively, transcending and ascending the excellent traditional culture. With the Marxism sinicized, the combination of Marxism and Chinese excellent traditional culture still go along, promoting the transformation of traditional culture to modem civilization.
