摘　　要：近些年来,为缓解大学生就业压力,国家出台了一系列优惠政策,其中,学费补偿贷款代偿政策具有显著代表性。为更好的了解大学生对学费补偿贷款代偿政策的执行意愿,以西南大学全日制本科生为研究对象,通过对政策对象覆盖范围、城乡大学生服务意愿、专业供需、区域服务意愿等方面进行调查,分析现状,找出问题,并从扩大政策对象、增强宣传引导、促进校地合作、增加优惠政策、建立长效机制五个方面提出合理化建议,从而进一步提高学费补偿贷款代偿政策的实施效果。In recent years, in order to ease college students＇ employment pressure, Chinese government issued a series of preferential policies of college graduates. In these policies, tuition reimbursement loans compensatory policy has significant representation. To better understand the intention of college students to perform tuition reimbursement loans compensatory policy, with Southwest University undergraduates as the object of study, Through policy coverage, the intention of college students in urban and rural, professional supply and demand, regional intention to serve and other aspects of surveys, analyze the situation, identify problems. In order to improve the implementation of policy effects, the government should expand the policy objects, strengthen propaganda and guidance, promote institution-locality cooperation, increase favorable policies, establish long-term mechanism.
