摘　　要：针对医学生法律意识淡薄,法律相关知识教育相对缺乏的现象,提出培养医学生法制观念,提高其法律意识,形成依法行医的良好观念与习惯,使医患纠纷的发生率显著降低,这对于其未来的工作、生活非常重要。The legal awareness of medical students is thin,and the education of law is deficient.The author put forward some measures to solve these problems,such as cultivating the students＇ legal idea,improving their law awareness,and forming fine concept and habit on practicing medicine with legal provisions,which has greatly reduced the incidence rate of patient-doctor disputes.
