摘  要:【目的】对陕北野生甘草的内生菌Z4菌株进行分批发酵,研究并建立其菌体生长、抑菌物质生成及基质消耗的动力学模型。【方法】采用分批发酵法,每12h测1次Z4菌株在发酵过程中的菌体生长、抑菌物质生成及基质消耗的试验值,共测15次;基于Logistic方程和Luedeking-Piret方程,建立Z4菌株分批发酵的动力学模型;利用DPS软件求解模型参数,并对模型拟合效果进行验证。【结果】Z4菌株菌体生长模型的拟合效果较好,抑菌物质生成的模拟值于发酵后期略高于试验值,基质消耗的模拟值与试验值在发酵前期有小的偏差,但均基本反映了Z4菌株分批发酵过程的动力学特征。【结论】甘草内生菌Z4菌株分批发酵中菌体生长与抑菌物质生成的关系属于生长偶联型,有直接的相关性。[Objective] This study aimed to study and establish the kinetic model including the cell growth,the substrate depletion and the antibacterial substance produce of Z4 endophytic strain separated from wild liquorice in north Shaanxi. [Method] Adopting the batch fermentation, the amounts of cell growth,the formation value of antibacterial substance and the substrate depletion were tested every 12 hours for 15 times. The proposed kinetic model for Z4 strain was based on the Logistic and Luedeking-Piret equations for cell growth, product formation and substrate depletion. Data Processing Station was utilized to solve the model parameters and verify the model fitting results. [Result] The results showed that the cell growth model for Z4 strain was fitting well. The analog value of the product formation was higher than test data. There was a little deviation between the analog value and the test data of the substrate depletion in earlier stage of the fermentation. These results generally reflected the kinetics feature of the batch fer- mentation of Z4 strain. [Conclusion] The antibiotics formation was associated with the growth of Z4 strain in all batch cultures.
