全科医师在脑梗死治疗模式转变中的作用

摘　　要：随着全科医师制度的建立和深入,疾病的诊治模式及流程必将发生相应的变化,全科医师的特殊作用将凸显出来,必将成为符合我国国情的脑梗死"卒中单元"治疗体系的重要因素,使其在预防、护理、康复、治疗中发挥重要作用,这是今后国家和人民赋予全科医生的特殊使命。脑血管病是我国死亡率居1、2位的疾病之一,根据其疾病特点,现有的专科诊治模式存在明显的缺陷和不足。所以,全科医师应成为脑梗死诊治过程的主体已非常必要,使其真正为人类健康和生命服务,成为居民健康的"守门人"。With the establishment of the system of general practitioners and m-depth, disease cllagnosls ana treatment patterns and processes will change accordingly, the special role of general practitioners will be prominent, will become conforms to China＇s national conditions of cerebral infarction ＂stroke unit＂ treatment system, the important factors in the prevention, care, rehabilitation and treatment play an important role, this is the future state and people give general practi tioner special mission. China^s mortality rates of cerebral vascular disease is one of the diseases 1, 2 bits, according to their disease characteristics, treatment patterns of specialist exist obvious flaws and shortcomings. So, general practition- ers should become the main body of the process of diagnosis and treatment of cerebral infarction is very necessary, make its real service for human health and life, become a ＂gatekeeper＂ for residents health.
