摘　　要：以金华市2006年至2012年间的涉外法律翻译为主要调查和研究对象,分析了该领域的翻译现状、所存在的主要翻译质量问题,探讨其更为恰当的译法和问题解决途径,以期完善涉外法律翻译的总体质量。Based on a survey of legal translation in Jinhua City from 2006 to 2012, this paper analyzes the major problems in translation practice and explores corresponding translation strategies as weU as better translations so as to im- prove the overall legal translation quality in this city.
