摘　　要：红景天是一种珍稀药食兼用植物,具有多种生理功能和药理作用,是食品医药等领域的研究热点之一.红景天属植物抗氧化性能突出,归纳介绍了与红景天属植物抗氧化活性相关的黄酮及其苷类、酪醇、红景天苷、原花青素、多糖等各类活性成分的抗氧化性能及其作用机制,有利于为红景天资源的进一步开发利用提供依据.Rhodiola sp. is a pronounced medicinal and edible plant in China, which has various physiologi- cal activities and pharmacological actions. Plants belonging to Rhodiola genus have been a research focus in the field of food and medicine industry. Rhodiola sp. exhibits excellent antioxidant activity. The antioxidant components such as flavonoids and its glycoside, p-tymsol, salidroside, procyanidins and polysaccharide, as well as their antioxidant mechanisms are concluded in this article, which can provide the basis for further exploring and utilizing the resources of Rhodiola sp.
