基于工作岗位的高职《光纤通信》课程教学内容改革

摘  要:高等职业教育对于培养实用型高技能专门人才,促进我国社会进步和经济发展发挥着重要作用。本文从教学实际出发,结合多家通信企业对高职院校通信专业技能型毕业生需求的调研结果,着重阐述了基于工作岗位的《光纤通信》课程教学内容的选取方法、选取原则、针对性以模块化教学内容体系构成,为高职院校《光纤通信》教学提供可参考的建议和思路。Higher vocational college plays an important role in cultivating practical,specialized and highly-skilled talents,which promotes the advances of our country and the development of the economy.Based on the teaching practice and the investigated results of many Communication Corporation's needs to specialized and highly-skilled graduates in higher vocational colleges,the thesis makes a detailed analysis of the content of the fiber-optic communication in Higher Vocational College,including the selecting methods,selecting-principle and the content framework based on jobs,which can provide the thoughts and suggestion of the teaching fiber-optic communication course for the higher vocational colleges.
