摘  要:为多变量非线性过程控制对象的控制提出了一种改进的开环增益成形方法.该方法从工程实际出发,基于对闭环系统的开环传递函数L=GC的Bode图进行分析,由系统的开环传递函数,直接构造出鲁棒控制器.由于灵敏度函数S=(1+GC)-1和补灵敏度函数T=(1+GC)GC具有相关性S+T=I,因此,S的形状确定了,T的形状也就确定了.这样不仅避免了计算的复杂,而且也能够确保设计出的控制器具有良好的鲁棒性能和鲁棒稳定性.以过程工业中相当常见的一个化学反应系统连续搅拌釜反应器(CSTR)作为研究对象,通过MATLAB仿真验证了所提出的设计具有较好的控制效果.In order to ameliorate the robustness of a system and to mitigate a design complexity, an improved openloopchain shaping approach is suggested for the control of the muhivariable and a nonlinear process. The addressed strategy is engineering oriented, where the corresponding robust controller can be made availa ble directly by analyzing the openloop transfer function Bode diagram. Due to the inherent correlation with i dentity matrix between the sensitivity function matrix and the complementary sensitivity function matrix, it is obvious that when the shape of the sensitivity function matrix is defined, the shape of the complementary sensi tivity function matrix can be fixed afterwards. And on account of that, computation as well as the robust per formance was made to be tractable. A widely recognized chemical reaction system, i.e. the Continuously Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) in process industry is employed for the simulation study, and the results also verify the effectiveness of the suggested method.
