摘　　要：高职院校的档案记录学校教学、科研、社会服务等多方面的成果,档案工作意义重大,但是目前在高职院校中,档案工作存在很多问题。现代档案管理工作要求档案人员提高综合素质、具备档案专业知识、信息化技术和主动服务精神。Files in vocational colleges have recorded achievements of the school in the field of teaching, research and social services, so archives work is very meaningful. However, there are many problems in the archives work in vocational colleges at present. Modern archives work requires that archivists improve their comprehensive quality, mastering professional knowledge as well as information technology with the spirit to serve.
