摘　　要：校企之间如何建立”深度融合、互利共赢”的长效合作机制，是目前高职教育正在积极探索的一个热点问题。该文对目前高职教育中校企合作的现状及原因进行了较为深入的分析，探讨了解决问题的途径和方法。A hot point explored in higher vocational education now is how to establish a＂ deep integration, mutual benefit and win -wi＂long -term cooperation system. This paper analyzes the school -plant situation in higher vo- cational education and the causes and then solutions are provided.
